No Refunds are permitted at this time. You’re only eligible for exchanges if during shipping your product has been damaged. Even then you must contact us via email with proof of your damaged goods. If signs of any use or purposeful damage you will not be offered an exchange. Exchanges are also only eligible for what you have paid for. For example, If you pay for a signature gloss you will receive another signature gloss in exchange. You also MUST return the damaged goods in order for it to be a complete exchange.At NRM Cosmetics, we value safety, security and satisfaction. Due to our product and services being beauty products returns are not available.
